If you are not 100% satisfied with any product(s) purchased at AdventureFrog.com you may return the merchandise for a 100% refund within 6 months of purchase, plus free shipping returns within 14 calendar days from the date delivered.
Reasons for refunds or returns:
NOTE: Adventure Frog has the strongest return policy in the industry. If you are not satisfied, we’re going to make things right. However, there is certainly room for abuse and if we feel someone is unfairly taking advantage of us, we will give a warning and discontinue guarantees on future purchases. We have never had to do this, but it's worth mentioning.
1. Adventure Frog will pay for return shipping if the request is made within 14 calendar days from the date delivered to customer. For product returns that are not within that 14 day period, you will need to ship the item at your own expense. All items should be RETURNED TO: Adventure Frog c/o Returns Department 2488 W 2nd Ave Denver, CO 80223
2. All returned merchandise must be purchased from AdventureFrog.com or through the Survival Frog store on Amazon. Merchandise must be returned within 180 days of date of purchase by original purchaser. Bulk order discounts, membership payments or products resold from other companies are excluded.
3. To return an item, please contact our customer support team by phone at 800-773-7737 or by email at Support@AdventureFrog.com to receive a merchandise return label. The returned package should include a copy of your receipt for the purchase of the returned product(s), if you don’t have the receipt contact us for help.
*Please note we are unable to send merchandise return labels for international returns at this time.
4. All Consumable items such as food and supplements must be returned in their original unopened condition to receive a full refund.
5. Once the returned merchandise is received a credit will be issued based on the original payment method. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing.
6. Stolen package – If the shipping company confirms the product was delivered to your address but you never received it, then it may have been stolen. To resolve this issue, you must contact the shipper (usually USPS, UPS or FEDX – contact support to learn which shipping company). Once you file a stolen package report with the shipping company, provide us proof of the submission. If the shipping company doesn’t refund the purchase price within 60 days, we will give you store credit for the purchase amount. This offer is LIMITED to one occurrence per year, per customer/address with a purchase price limit of $250.
7. Gift Cards - Gift Cards only have a 30 day refund period. After the 30 day period you cannot receive a refund however you do have the full 6 Month Any Reason Refund Guarantee on all products you purchase. If a refund is issued on any products purchased using a Gift Card, the credit will be returned to the Gift Card originally used under the same rules as listed above.

3 Year Product Warranty - in addition to our 6 month "any reason" refund guarantee, Adventure Frog also provides a full 3 years product warranty against any product defects. Adventure Frog will replace any item found to be defective with a new product, or similar product. If Adventure Frog doesn't carry the defective product or something to similar to it, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
